Gourmet Saad is affiliated with the owner/operator of Plat du Jour Liban. It is evaluated under the same published criteria as every other provider. Affiliation does not buy or guarantee inclusion, rank, placement, or editorial treatment.
This disclosure stays visible on this page, on the Gourmet Saad provider profile before the first outbound CTA, and in machine-readable trust text where the affiliation needs to be understood without guessing.
Portfolio-neutral charter
Plat du Jour Liban exists to help diners compare eligible Lebanese daily-lunch providers and take useful provider-intent actions under the same published editorial, ranking, CTA, linking, and correction rules for every provider.
- No provider receives a hidden boost in rank, placement, content depth, link treatment, freshness, or CTA treatment.
- Gourmet Saad may benefit only through the same published rules, better official information, and genuine user fit.
- This charter is implemented in code in this release and still requires an explicit owner sign-off before the ticket can be marked Done.

Eligibility gate for organic ranking
- An active daily-lunch offer must be visible in the current published provider record.
- The provider must show a verifiable Lebanon location or delivery area in the current published record.
- At least one working official order channel must exist (official website, official social profile, WhatsApp, or equivalent provider-owned ordering route).

A criterion can remain in the organic ranking only when equivalent evidence can be collected for at least 80% of eligible providers. Photo supply, menu participation, backlinking, sponsorship, and willingness to promote the directory are prohibited ranking inputs.
Missing data, tie-breakers, and review cadence
Missing data handling
- Unknown facts score zero for the affected criterion rather than being guessed.
- If a criterion cannot be evidenced consistently across at least 80% of eligible providers, remove the criterion from the next version and rescore the full list.
- No provider receives fill-in credit for unpublished or privately held evidence.
Tie-breakers
- Higher Official order access score wins.
- If still tied, higher Coverage clarity score wins.
- If still tied, keep the previous approved rank to avoid arbitrary churn.
Review cadence: Review the score sheet when provider facts materially change, when methodology criteria change, or at least once per monthly editorial cycle.
Reviewer record
Owner review: Editorial owner (Owner review of the initial score sheet), dated 2026-07-18.
Independent review: Pending independent non-affiliated reviewer. Status: pending. This review is required before the full initial order can be treated as approved and before any change moves Gourmet Saad relative to another provider.
Until that review exists, Gourmet Saad's rank stays frozen and provisional rather than being changed unilaterally by the affiliated owner.

Corrections, appeals, and sponsorship
Providers and diners can request corrections through the /contact/ page and its public submission routes without needing GitHub knowledge.
Paid placement is not enabled in the current release. If it is ever enabled, it must stay outside the organic list, be visibly labeled Sponsored, use the same published commercial terms for all eligible providers, and apply rel=sponsored on paid outbound links.
